The question I have is in regards to how the corporation element lays onto the republic element.
There must be some loophole that gives our team such great confidence that is overlooked by the enemy.
If the corporation is dissolved must it be disclosed? If so, what is the triggering factor? I've read that it is the absence of a President which dissolves it, therefore all one would need to do is simply prevent Biden from taking the oath.
I have additionally read that there is no specific requirement about where the oath is taken and by whom it is delivered, so pretty much anyone can do it from anywhere? That would be difficult to prevent.
Another question I have is where is Joe? Is he in DC and already within the web of checkpoints? Is Checkmate the group by which will restrict this oath from occurring on time therefore triggering the dissolution of the corporation?
It's the logistical how to's that really get me curious.
I think FEMA has the authority to maintain government continuity in the state of emergency and the military can operate in conjunction with that.
