I'd guess that Vitamin C would be particularly good for detoxifying the spike proteins. Ivermectin and Zinc are more directed against live viruses.
You also need to control the inflammation that often follows the clot shot. I'm sure that Vitamin D would be good for that, but it may not be enough.
On the vitaminD4all website, most of the doctors recommended either 2000 or 4000 units per day. They also indicated the doses they personally take, and at least one was taking 15,000 IU per day.
Remember that for 50 years the FDA claimed 400 IU was enough, and warned about toxicity above that. So we've made remarkable progress, really in the last 20 years.
Well, Richard Carmona, MD, MPH is the former Surgeon General of the United States, and a professor of public health at the University of Arizona. He's hardly a "quack." He reported various facts, including the results of a research study that found which doses typically led to toxicity.
I conceded that blood labs can be helpful. My sister had access to a good physician, and was unable for a long time to raise her levels on 6000 IU per day. It was the sunshine this summer that finally got her enough Vitamin D to relieve the inflammation that was keeping her intestines from absorbing her dietary Vitamin D! She's most likely taking less than 6000 IU now. And I certainly hope you're taking less than the 5000 IU you found to be toxic.
Let's hope none of us acquire a serious COVID infection this winter.
The blood labs are not to monitor toxicity, but to verify absorption. That is far more likely to be a problem than toxicity. You avoid toxicity primarily by controlling the dose.
Richard Carmona mentioned that it took 50,000 IU a day for two months to generate symptoms of toxicity. Undoubtedly less for children, and they resist COVID much better anyway, so they probably don't need therapeutic doses. I've seen up to 15,000 IU recommended for specific adults during pandemic outbreaks, but 2,000 to 6,000 a day is usually sufficient.
There was a German-speaking Lutheran pastor from Saint Louis named Gerecke (rhymes with Cherokee) who worked with several of the Nuremberg defendants. Apparently he brought some measure of courage, comfort and repentance to former Field Marshall Keitel before his ignominious death. Keitel saw hanging as a great humiliation, preferring to be shot instead. And he needed the courage, since he ended up kicking on the gallows for 28 minutes! No one in the US Army remembered how to properly hang criminals any more.
Great post, mate. I think God is preparing lots of people for what's to come.
I read endlessly, hoping to apply math and logic to COVID, to our precarious economy, to the endless Chinese aggression...and eventually God tells me that the Satanic rulers don't want truth, they don't want facts...they want evil. It's a battle of good and evil, and God expects me to be morally and spiritually prepared for that.
You can still eat some of the same foods, and they taste better without the stress! I think about 15 kg in 6 months would be doable for you, and maybe 25 kg in a year. It's important to get enough protein and not lose your weight too fast.
I find it beautiful that you can breathe again. That's the key to many changes, mental and physical. I take some of my walks just to focus on breathing and posture, and it really elevates my thinking.
I certainly wish you the best in your new stage of life.
A lying hardcore activist like that could easily convince himself that killing COVID patients is somehow "raising awareness" about the vaccine. I'm convinced it's happening on a small scale in numerous places, although maybe not at that particular hospital.
That's me too, except I gained about 15 kilos from sitting at home. I looked so different from my own lifelong self-image that I just had to do something. That was in April.
I found that by skipping a few meals and snacks, drinking enough water, and walking twice a day I could lose weight without much trouble. I'm still overweight, but no longer afraid to look in the mirror.
About those fluids: a pint of prevention is worth a gallon of cure. Avoiding dehydration may be the single best way to prevent infection.
I very clearly caught a cold--maybe COVID, probably not--just from summer heat and forgetting to drink water before I Ieft the house. Then it was over after two days, with no chest problems, simply because I managed it like an adult and refused to "get sick."
Lots of Mormons have been betrayed by their senescent church leaders on the COVID freedom issue. You could check out the official church "guidelines" from August 12 and then be ready to offer a better alternative. Latter-Day Saints can be great people, but they are ruthlessly repressed by their own church to satisfy the national media.
That really is sad, but most people don't get strokes and heart attacks from the vaccine. It's just that the side effects are far too common and totally unnecessary, especially for young people.
The absolute best thing you can do right now is to avoid any boosters. Take responsibility for your own health, with preventive nutrition and quick early treatment if necessary. Line up a source for Ivermectin NOW. We know damn well the cabalists are privately taking it even as they denounce it.
