Definitely still DRS your shares. Until you do that Fidelity technically owns them.

I transferred a chunk of new shares from the split from Fidelity to ComputerShare last week and they went through.

Direct Registration System. ComputerShare is the DRS for GameStop (GME) so if you buy there you are all done.

It’s when there are more shorted stocks than stocks available to purchase and the price skyrockets when shorts are forced to buy in order to close their position. Don’t worry about the details. Your job is to buy, drs, and hold and do whatever other squeezing you want in the meantime. You will know when it happens.

I don’t think you can DRS 401k funds without the tax hit. Part of the scam they have sold us for too long now. Depending where your 401k is you can move it into GME but you will be at the mercy of your broker when moass happens. Mine is in a managed fund that has been hemorrhaging money this year so I feel your pain.

GameStop releases the DRS number's quarterly. There is also reddit bot tracker that is surprisingly accurate.

Easiest way is to buy on computershare dot com. The only annoyance is there is a price delay so it could go up or down before the order settles. Honestly this probably saves people money from buying the peak.

In reality the price today doesn't matter. Each share is a future winning lottery ticket.

You can also buy from a broker and have their support transfer the shares to ComputerShare for you. Fidelity is really good about it. Some brokers won't or take forever or charge to do the transfer.

For most brokers you just call or chat and request it. SuperStonk Reddit will have details for each broker. It usually takes about 3-5 business days from Fidelity.

Transfer to ComputerShare which is the direct registration company for GME. Think of it as the title company for your house. Puts the shares in your name instead of a broker.

If you bought through computershare they are delayed but if you bought through another broker that doesn’t make sense.

If you purchased a set number of shares you will just pay less. If you purchased a dollar amount then you will get more shares. For dollars spent it will end being the same price regardless of split or not so it really doesn’t matter. The important thing is that you have a future winning lottery ticket in your possession.

Yes but the price will be 1/4 what it is today so you can just buy four shares and it will be the same cost as buying one tomorrow or Thursday.

The shares won't be distributed till Friday at open you can buy tomorrow and Thursday and still get the split.

You can also wait till Friday and price will be 1/4 the price of Thursday's close. Till it isn't..........

I guess even we forget that it was possible to get sick being around people before all this started. Take some vitamins and get some rest and you will be good as new before you know it.

I do agree that the vaxx is dangerous but I think the scare tactics are forgetting how resilient the human body is.

It’s required for non US citizens entering the country but not for US citizens.

Tell me you are short GME without telling me you are short GME.

You will have 52 and the current price per share will be divided by 4 at open.
