I think this is exactly right. The leaked report says there is cause for concern about roughly 50,000 votes. But it also hedges in basically every section, saying the votes might not be illegal. (And if you read the explanations in the draft report, it's easy to imagine circumstances where some of these 50,000 votes were in fact legitimate. There are obviously some people, for example, who were given the same name and born in the same year.) What we need is proof of how many of these votes were in fact fraudulent, and who those fraudulent votes were for. Until we see that, it's all conjecture.
This is the truth. The draft report does not say these were "illegal" ballots and notes that there are possible explanations for these ballots of concern.
That table is in the executive summary of the leaked draft report MSM has been talking about. But the line above it describing them as illegal votes isn't there. Then if you read the whole leaked draft report, it says those votes might not be illegal and that the AG needs to follow up with Maricopa County. The tweet is just an excerpt from his speech at CPAC, and he explained what he meant by pipehitter in detail in that speech. Short version, it's a term he heard from somebody he resepected a long time ago that basically means someone who's a grinder. Not saying you're right or wrong, just that the full context is in that Pompeo CPAC speech toward the end.

Check the date on that article. Also, presidents can't just dismiss Congress.
This isn't accurate at all. Biden has at least talked to Trudeau, AMLO, Boris Johnson and Macron. His staff has also been publishing daily schedules. This is really easy to find. All you have to do is search for "Biden daily schedule" and "Biden foreign leader calls," there are tons of results.

The triangle thing is a nothing-burger. The triangles are black on the envelopes themselves. The scans must have been done in a way intended to show high contrast or clarity, so just the outlines of the triangles are on the scanned versions.
