They always posit it as, "Well, Fairfax County FINALLY entered their final numbers," but I'm quite sure the cheating has happened here for several election cycles. Several days later, they also stole Nick Freitas' lead from HIM. Virginia is lost for good unless elections are FIXED.

I turned on MSNBC just to see what the talking heads were saying about the audit. They are reading their talking point flash cards, waste of money, Biden still won, etc. All they talk about is the counting of the ballots, nothing about the legitimacy of those ballots, so technically they aren't lying. (Not like that would bother them) They have to hammer this home all day today, so people like us won't talk about it with anyone outside our "conspiracy theories" circle. But since they are only reading the flash cards and not actually looking at what results are released so far, I can't wait until they have to circle back on this audit next week! My prediction is that Brian Laundrie is arrested this afternoon to kick the audit out of the news cycle.
No. It's a secret ballot which means that once a ballot enters the pool they aren't traceable. This is normally a good thing assuming all the other procedures are actually followed.
That's the reason it's absolutely crucial to make sure no bad ballots enter the system in the first place. Once the pool is tainted the whole thing is fucked and there is no way to fix it.
From the legal side it doesn't matter anyway. As soon as the number of questionable ballots exceed the margin that's all the court needs.
They knew it was a fraud and they certified it anyway just like the other states. This alone will earn them all jail cells and the know it.
