I may take the barbecue in the yard for some grilling today. Here in the Beaujolais area, they sell some « saucisson à cuire »: these are huge sausage which are supposed to be cooked in wine (where they previously marinated), but I like to gently grill them under the hood and it usually pleasantly surprises even the sausage-haters.🤓
