Yes I wonder about that also. If it goes back to us-it will probably with stipulations-if you have so much money then we get a lot less. If we have no money we get a little more. If our adjusted gross income is so and so...a lot less (than anything we should be getting) we always get slighted, but the bad politicians (and other can steal as much as they want and so far...NO CONSEQUENCES).

This is about time. It has been happening for quite sometime and should have been stopped soon after it started (not a chance of that happening).
