I don't care if it is a hospital, I don't know about America but I have never seen a picture of the pope hanging on the wall. Seems just so obvious they wanted it in the filming.

In its place is a portrait of St Elizabeth Seton. I heard a rumor that the current Hospital Honcho - a Nun who is fervently pro-life - doesn't like the reigning Pontiff.
FWIW, I like this hospital, even though I'm not a Catholic. Good care. Good people running it. This past spring, according to a nurse who lives in my neighborhood, the Head Doctor refused to count patients who died of the flu and other causes as Covid victims even though it meant more money for the hospital. My county has had very few Covid deaths in the "official" count. This could be the reason for that.
Oh, and the nurse neighbor said the hospital beds were not scarce even at the height of the Covid scare in April/May. She says the current lock down in CA is not needed as hospital beds and services are not being overrun with dying Covid patients. At least it is that way in my county.
I knew it wasnt rumor. If it was a rumor with this news going world wide and millions of people believing this women was dead, then she would have come out and said she was fine. This is not happening because she is dead. R.I.P. Tiffany.
The link for the death record isn't working. I find the signs at the hospital very odd. "supporting Tiffany"? Why are they dated 12/21? Clearly the woman on video with staff on staircase is not Tiffany L. Dover. Can't find any local obit or notice from funeral home doesn't necessarily mean anything.
