Everything that is being red lined will be voted on separately. However, if they choose not to vote on anything, within 45 days the bill goes through as written.
I believe a red lined copy will be released.
This process doesn't normally have any teeth, because 45 days doesn't really effect the outcome of bills, so the red lines can be ignored. But in this instance the relief funds have become such a hot button issue, that it may force a vote on the edits before the 45 days.
45 congressional session days from now we're going to have a significantly different government. I would think the new crew may want to revisit this awful bill.

If the COVID19 deception persists, where will the customers and workers come from?

They have some nerve demanding troops aren't pulled. They are in areas where war hasn't been declared, so there illegally. Trump should force them to put up or shut up. If they want troops to stay in these areas then Congress must declare war on those countries. There was no war declared in Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia etc. Make them own it. They won't.
