Harris can't constitutionally be president because of her citizen ship, but I am not certain that is how it would work. Technicality biden/harris got votes not just Harris
If the fraudulent votes are certified on Jan. 6th, and Biden is removed, Harris is VP-elect and would take his place.
Whatever they are going to do has to happen before Jan. 6th, and/or the fraudulent votes cannot be certified on the 6th so Harris does not officially become the VP elect.
Not true, the electors are voting for presidential ticket only. If Biden is removed, they have no one to select but Trump. Automatic win.
No he would have to be sworn in first, then leave and she becomes president. She is still a senator. I don't believe she can be both at the same time.
I can't personally speak on behalf of all USSS but it's my contention that they are playing a part too. What I mean is that who is to say what the true function of Bidens detail is? Biden might concede as part of a deal that reduces some of the pain his family will feel. He concedes, nobody in his family gets the death penalty.

I'd love to see him face a tribunal..and a firing squad. But he's too far gone that it wouldn't be much satisfaction. That can be much better sated elsewhere (Obama, Clinton, for starters). Biden conceding would be the best possible outcome for the election, because the sleeping public couldn't accuse POTUS of military coup. There would still be civil unrest and military would have to step in, but it would be much easier for the public to accept. Trump wants justice, but he also doesn't want to paralyze the nation.

Biden conceding (or being arrested) before Jan. 6th would solve a lot of problems and guarantee President Trump's second term. That would only apply to Biden - the rest of the deep state traitors get no deal, are rounded up and eventually executed.
