After everything he's done and gone through, it just flat out does not make sense to quit now. He's given everybody a chance to incriminate themselves. Letting Congress incriminate themselves by certifying the election results was the last thing he needed to do. The next step should be deploying the military police.

Well to be fair whether trump concedes or not is moot.
He can not concede (he won’t) and Biden can/ will still be fraudulently inaugurated. Whether he concedes or not Makes no difference.
