It just means he's set up a schedule of tweets. Why do people think it's more than that?
Actually, him scheduling his tweets is even more evidence of him making a coordinated, calculated effort.
That's one interpretation, mine is that he can line up a few dozen tweets and let it do the work for him.

I'll just ask a newbie question: Why has Twitter not censored Pompeo? We already know they don't need a good reason, they can just do it, so why are they leaving him up?

If you follow Sundance at CTH, his philosophy says that the reason they don't shoot down the nomination of some, like for example Barr, or Pompeo, is because they have nothing to fear from them.
If you follow that thinking, the Radcliff is for sure, and good guy. Not sure about Pompeo, but I don't think there was a big fight over his nomination.

Tweets so far focused on corruption in the UN and fixing it. Again tweeting using a scheduler probably- getting 30 minute intervals.

Someone noticed among Pompeo's tweets the other day the words, in the order of the tweets as they were posted, Five, Quad, Three, two, one. (A four followed.)
I believe a different person remembered a Q post with an image named 5_4_3_2_1_.jpg.
Pompeo subsequently posted two tweets. The first is shown twice in the multiple image jpeg, on the upper right and upper left.
The subsequent tweet is on the lower left.
Thereafter I surmise someone saw the tweets and either recalled enough of the wording in Q Post 1146 in the upper center to make the connection between them, noting the common dates and words in both, or they searched Q posts for the dates given (by anyone associated with Q) and found multiple commonalities between the new tweets and the older Q posts in the multi-image, Iran used in both the lower tweet and 1146; two dates referenced in 1146 and two dates in the previous tweet; and common dates in both that tweet and the Q post that had also just been referenced with the 5_4_3_2_1_.
The two Q posts have messages that would seem to apply to this time after Pompeo's recent tweets that are linked to them. Prevent at all costs. Iran next. April SHOWERS. When do the trials for treason begin?

Tomorrow would be 5th day. If tomorrow is the last day he does it, considering first day (8th) Tweet was only one posted at 5am, that would be 5x5, which is a proof.
Would also represent "1" in the countdown, making January 13th "zero hour".
Why aren't the bad guys trying to get Pompeo to step down, etc? Maybe I am not in the know. They want everyone else's head that says anything that has anything to do with Trump or saving our country.
Because if Trump goes, he goes. Also, they have said they want to make it impossible for ANYONE in the cabinet to work again
