We tend to be stuck inside our own bubble and stress ourselves out.
I'm not going to say, go exercise or get some fresh air even though those are completely helpful and necessary.
I want to say, God is on our side. Think about it. God is very obviously not on their side, He is with us. None of what has happened the past several years would have been possible without God. It is mathematically impossible. Do you understand?
Divine intervention is here. Go watch a movie about good vs evil. It is always the same. All hope seems lost, until a moment of realization hits, an epiphany, the point we realize we have won.

I wholeheartedly agree. Taking a break is important. Yesterday we had a movie day and we forgot about all of this for a while. Take a walk, watch a great movie, exercise for an hour, whatever gets you away from this for a while. When something big happens, we will know. This will all be over soon, and GOD WINS.

Also, diet is important. I didn't know until a medical scare a couple years ago, that low iron levels can bring on anxiety/panic attacks. So the other posts mentioning steak, yeah, steak for the win. Popcorn in moderation, it's had it's nutrition bred out of it so that it pops better. And vitamins. When we are stressed (and excitement is a type of stress) we can deplete the vitamins in our system. Keep the body plussed up.
We pray the Lord's Prayer, "Your will be done". But it's not like He needs us to ask or beg or give permission for Him to do His will...ha! He does His will, no matter what. But thru our prayers, our mind, heart, and will is conformed to His will and purpose. He does the work, we get the honor of being a part of it.
Trust God, trusting your own heart in Psalms says is a no no. Keep your heart with diligence for out of it come all the issues of life. Hide God's word in your heart that you can walk upright. Folllw His truth only.

I agree with most comments here, exercise, diet etc are all good. And yes, in the end God wins. I would also suggest looking at ones faith. You cannot be full of fear and faith at the same time. Meaning with true faith in God, we should be able to look death in the face and have no fear, maybe even have a smile as we take it on. If you dont have that kind of faith in God and God's plan, your in for satan's emotional rollercoaster.
