I think this was in reference to Saudi Arabia's change in power years ago. Prince Al Waheed was a huge share owner on twitter and contributed to Obama and Clinton. In fact, Al Waheed was the man who financed Obama from his early days. Prince Al Waheed lost power and was locked up.

Al Waheed was involved as he owned the 5* floors above in that hotel with a private helicopter entrance. Plenty of time to stock up, bring shooters, and lay the blame on some random. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a gun show and that's why there's footage of Paddock bringing up suitcases of guns and enjoy las vegas until then. It makes no sense on why he had so many guns. Did they ever release footage of his floor when Paddock was raided? Or did they just show us lobby footage for the news.

That could be the 10 Days Darkness and has nothing to do with communication. In truth we don't know what this means and it is all a guess.
