They may be marked, but the markings did not make any difference in this election.
How do you know? The audits haven't happened -- yet.
Didn't they shred all the fake ballots already?
The marks that Pieceznik claims, are made of non-radioactive isotopes, which would be detectable after shredding, even burning.
That's the same as any law, regulation, or rule: they don't matter if not enforced.
Also, can't election officials just print out more real ballots, since they have complete control over the systems?
