That's because TDW became so popular that now not everyone there fully trusts Trump. I was part of the website from the beginning and when it was still on Reddit and when everyone there were full-blooded Trump supporting pedes.
Now while there are still many faithful pedes, a lot of the users are conservatives or right-wingers who go there daily for news, a forum where they can speak freely and/or for resistance towards the leftist media and politicians, but not to particularly support Trump. For example, I noticed that "GEOTUS" is now used less often and there are less memes based on Trump than there used to be.
For a slight second, at the very beginning, I wondered if there would be an icy patch that he slides on. Nope. Just a Doritos chip or something on his glasses.
