It would undermine the whole line of reasoning of the Q phenomenon: having a Commander in Chief that is not compromised by the corruption in Washington DC to lend the Military/Military intelligence the ability to take down the DS. The unique power of the Commander in Chief is what makes any sort of Q plan possible.
There cannot be a simultaneous transfer of power to the military and to Biden. It's one or the other.
