I'm not sure if military tribunals will be "allowed" to do what needs to be done - to Pelosi, and other high ranking people. The rioting hordes have had all Summer to get ready, with real world destruction. The MSM will make any attempt at lawful resolution by military courts a "Coup" by demented dictator Trump. Saboteur White House insiders...Hell, JARED, are all poised to keep something like this from happening.

It is even plausible that Trump told the corrupt actors in Congress - i.e., most of them - that if they resign before the inauguration, he'll let the inauguration happen. But if they don't, he'll arrest them all and declare martial law and conduct a fair and free election after that. So he is waiting it out until the last moment.
Which would explain the craziness of trying to invoke the 25th Amendment for a President who isn't ill or incapacitated, and why they were trying to rush an impeachment to the Senate. They know his plan and they don't plan on resigning.

Also remember a couple weeks ago the WH staff recieved an email telling them to stop packing? But then they all pack up and leave anyways? I wonder what changed.

In the end it will come down to who controls the military. Sure, Trump is the Commander in Chief. But he has to have the generals on his side or they will not obey his orders. Not much he can do if they decline. Who is he going to call, the UN?
