Interesting stuff. I've got very good coping and logic skills. I've also learned to listen to my inner voice. I know when I need to be alone (rare) and I know when I need to be around my soulmate and/or my friends. Right now, I need to be around people who understand this world we are dealing with. As a result, I set up an encrypted chat group with all of my SME friends - MIL, LE, scitech, econ, etc. - and we are working through the information and intelligence to make sense of everything. This works very well.
