I get that he probably had a face lift done which could explain his ears being different. But how does get a totally different looking chin from a face lift?
It is the same guy. He had a face pull and a chin/neck lift. Changed his teeth. Also looks like they carved a dimple in his chin to give him that "tough guy pony soldier look". When they did the double chin tuck and pull, that is when he got the dent in the chin most likely. In NEW JOE, when looking at him, on your right his ear seems to still be detached, but when looking on your left side of picture they screwed up that earlobe significantly.
The persistent feature for me, is on HIS right middle forehead, he has a blemish that is sometimes covered with makeup. This blemish is riding on top of a wrinkle that is directly under it side to side.
No reason to change his teeth. He had perfect teeth before (probably not naturally).
The one thing that seems very different is the personality. Old Joe was a jokester. A nasty criminal, yes, but he often laughed and made jokes (what he thought were jokes), and stuck his foot in his mouth all the time. I could understand why people might like him. He was also a sharp-witted psychopath, not your average low energy one.
New Joe has zero sense of humor and rarely says much unless it's a mumble or he's reading a teleprompter or possibly getting something in his ear piece. He has no personality at all, and there is nothing likeable about him.
The personality seems off.

That could be the reason. But then, that would also be a reason that he is unfit. I mean, besides that fact that he is a national security threat, is corrupt, etc. etc.
Facelifts can do most of that, just sayin'.
Ear lobes are different on the new Biden.

One side is all him grinning while the other is mostly frowning or neutral. This is a terrible metric for judging it, especially given how much plastic surgery the pedo in chief has gotten.
