All of them perhaps? Cult leaders have a magnetic power precisely because they convince their followers that they have been freed from the intellectual shackles binding them to the rest of society and are now free to ‘think for themselves’. To be fair, all cult members believe (at the time) what they are doing is ‘logical’. It’s precisely this that allows the MSM to smear us in this way.
It is true that anyone is free to leave. But not many cults literally kidnap their victims, the control is psychological, and victims always go deeper willingly believing they’ve made entirely their own decisions of their own free will.
A cult usually has a charismatic leader - where is the leader ? some discussion and questions on corrupt politicians and business leaders in an anonymous forum ? that's a cult ?
A cult usually has high ranking members, that run the show and are inline to take over if the leader dies - where are they ?
A cult usually has a central premises where members meet - where is it ?
A cult usually has a body of doctrine - usually fanatically religious in nature - where is it ?
A cult usually involves collecting money - where is the money ?
A cult often requires certain ceremonies, clothing, attire, adherence to doctrine, attendance of meetings, classes, groups, initiations, ranks, grades etc. - where are they ?
I was really hoping to become a grand pooh-bar QAnon - can you tell me where to sign up ?
Happy to roll up one trouser leg and wear a blind fold and swear allegiance to a supreme being - oh no - sorry - that's the other lot....
We don't know each other so this would be a "virtual cult." I'm still of the belief that is utter nonsense with no basis in reality. Their reasoning is that if we, as a collective, discuss something it could result in harm to others. if one is guilty, all are guilty and if we apply their criteria of what constitutes a "virtual cult," then any hivemind internet entity would fall into being a cult as well. That means if a member of Twitter commits a crime, all are guilty. Facebook, Reddit, 4chan, instagram, any social media would be a cult as well.
I upvoated but ya know, the doomer could just as easily be the one at fault and being called doomer could be just pointing out the fault in a less than perfect way.
The sort of people who call it a cult have the cognitive dissonance to also say "I don't need to do my own research" when you ask them to look past the MSM.
This is the same on virtually every conservative and semi-conservative website in the comments. "have a link?", "source?", "google it", etc. People want spoon fed answers, with no work involved.
Seriously if u haven't had someone check ur stuff and point out an error than u are either new and never posted or part of the 10 original. All else is peer review we are all learning together
All the ones that don't do the peer review make it look like a cult. They just repost stupidity without seeking truth into. This is why Q says there's no Qanon, it's full of stupid to be used against us. There is only Q and anons.
If it is a cult, it's the shittiest cult in the world. Literally no financial support. Unorganized and decentralized, no leader, no meetings, no commune. No mind control. No megalomaniacal leader hell bent on making subordinates suffer. No suicide pacts. Nothing.
Just some average people with above average intelligence all searching for the truth. If this is a cult, it's the most benevolent cult ever created in human existence and is the only cult I'll get belong to.
My young nephew accused me of spending too much time on the internet drinking the conspiracy theory kool aid. This is what I've tried explaining to some who will not hear...and to some who have become believers. I dont listen to the opinions and non facts spoon fed to me. I read and view videos and digest the many comments on both sides. I'd say the kool aid drinkers are the ones drinking up all the watered - down b.s. that every msm news source is offering. Nothing cultish here. If I have a differing opinion I am comfortable sharing it. In no cult would that be acceptable.
If this is a cult, aren't my Q-dues due the first if the month? Or was I supposed to be signing title of my house over today and changing all my beneficiaries over to Q?
I’m sure some people do that but not everyone. Some tantrum and throw fits when their standard of proof is very low. Or then some tell you that they didn’t bother reading your comment but then give a response anyways. Some can’t follow a conversation and then start ranting about multidimensional space aliens.
Love this thread. Its the perfect argument. I would also add that since we believe Q , who sees all, hears all, and has everything on everyone, only people who are clean enough can believe. Right?
What sort of cult has a "leader" who has been absent for months and tells it's members to question everything?
A cult leader who sucks at being a cult leader!

They believe in it at the time, reminds me of anosognosia, where one isn't aware of their own mental illness.
Cults are controlling, where's the control here? Who's telling anybody what to do?
It is true that anyone is free to leave. But not many cults literally kidnap their victims, the control is psychological, and victims always go deeper willingly believing they’ve made entirely their own decisions of their own free will.
It's literally not the same situation. By your definition any serious hobby club is a "cult."

How so?
War is peace.
Ignorance is knowledge.
Freedom is slavery.
Thinking for yourself is brainwashing.
Vulcan?
This needs a sticky!

Uh, I get accused of being a doomer if I dare point out flaws in a theory being pushed by a user as absolute fact.
I dont think we are as open minded as this post would paint us to be.

Bingo

This is the way.
This is the way?
Not in the least !!

I really appreciate the OP words here.
The onus of presenting evidence lies on the person making a claim.
However, sometimes people can be a bit ridiculous when a cursory internet search will them an answer.
precisely
Counselors are available. There’s also the suicide hot-line if you feel the need. Just say NO to msm.
Sounds like science to me

Just saying
It's as culty as the "science" community
Wait, when do we take the special drink?
Think for yourself
Question everything
I like Blue Oyster Cult

Here's a great vid of coincidences for new people.
If this is a cult, aren't my Q-dues due the first if the month? Or was I supposed to be signing title of my house over today and changing all my beneficiaries over to Q?
I feel the same way! Look at any anti-american far-left twitter news story, any kind of questions get shot down and ridiculed.
Great post MAGA_Coin. I hope your name means you're buying silver. ;3
Powerful words !

Here, here!
Cult: Any one who breaks or demonstrates resistance to the Project Mockingbird mind control.
Here's some significant research https://mobile.twitter.com/PokerPolitics/status/1135811817073270785 https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna900531
