I know that Josh Hawley, Jim Jordan, MTG, and Lauren Boebert are safe.
Cruz, Rand Paul and Tulsi might be safe too, but I'm not too sure.
EDIT: Forgot about Gaetz, he's safe.
Liz Cheney is NOT safe.
I don't think Gaetz will be arrested or Marjorie... yeah ppl are pissed she backtracked on Q, but I don't think she has done anything illegal.
There was also a senator from Oklahoma. I can't remember his name, but he was awesome during one of the hearings. I would put him on the not arrested list as well.
Sen. James Lankford; I remember he was the last senator who spoke during the Arizona electoral debate before the riots worsened.
Ron Johnson of Wisconsin is a good guy, I believe.
I would bet that Rand Paul is clean . He is very much like his dad Ron. No lobbyist ever dared approach him as he'd have them tossed on their ear. He is a Senator.

Realistically it may be a lot more than that as too many is likely to have serious destabilizing effects on the country, people need enough people to put their trust in or things could get ugly...
It will be just a miracle to get even a couple arrested. May it be the ones who have absolutely trashed our morals, values, Constitution, etc that go first. Them cockroaches sure know how to hid though. They need the special stuff to flush them out.
