By allowing the impeachment of a former president to go on, this would mean obama, bush, and clinton could still be impeached. I know impeachment of a former president is dumb, but what if the trump team are entertaining this in order to wreck them later?

It's fucking stupid. It could easily be debunked. I say politely ask Brian Sicknik's family to testify that the media and Congress are trying to capitalize on his death by creating false pretenses. Or I guess since there's no witnesses I would get them on camera saying that. That will call the prosecution's methods into question.
