Completely not true.

Which part isn't true and how do you know? I've read that they do all sorts of rituals in there. I can't believe they allow that type of stuff.

Ugh just answer without getting preachy bro.

Guys, I'm an ex-Mormon, so I have no reason to bullshit you. Everything this dude just said was true. He would lie to you if he thought it would help grow the church, pretend to be your friend, etc. But in this case everything he said was true. The Mormon church is harmless.

The only thing they still do that I would caution against is bishop confessionals with minors. Adult men shouldn't be asking minors about their sexual activity.

Sorry man but when I want the truth about someones potential illicit activity I don't go to the source for a coverup. We all know there are many wolves in sheeps clothing. The Cabal runs deep. Sometimes there is more to it than just popcorn popping on an apricot tree.

Whoa, MF Mormon. Are you shitting me? What are you trying to say? Be straight up about this. Don't hide behind some flowery words of your aunt. Talk straight shit. Seems like you're the one trying to deflect here, which in the words of your aunt means...

We're on here to expose the pedofilic cabal practices going on in this world. There are rumors about your church undertaking child sex practices in the basements of its temples. Which are locked. Which police aren't even able to enter. Which seems like what the Cabal would do. Mkay, buttercup?

Everyone, just to be clear here. This self-professed Mormon is apparently trying to deflect and accuse me when we're simply trying to find out what is going on behind the locked, secret doors of Mormon temples. If that doesn't evidence evil intent I don't know what does.

I know a few mormons and they use their temples for worship stuff which has nothing to do with kids

– TrueGodandPatriots [S] 3 points 5 years ago +3 / -0

Then why won't they open them up to let people see whats inside? They have thick black security doors at the entrance. One of my friend's who is a cop in Texas says he can't even get into his local Mormon temple if he wanted to. But he'd just blow them away and get in if it came down to it. I don't know any Christian church that tries to hide stull like they are doing.

– Rocketman970 2 points 5 years ago +2 / -0

In Christs time, could anyone have full access to the temple? If you had a place that you considered a place you could go to feel closer to God, would you want to swing the doors wide open to crack heads like the Bidens?

So youre cool that they can prevent cops from getting in there to investigate? Sorry man, that just invites all sorts of potential abuse.

Not trying to aggress man, but youre being pretty slick there. Again, you are okay with the fact that a so-called church has heavy security doors and cops can't get in to investigate if theres a pedo ring?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– weholdthesetruths 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

They don't. They're private property. Just like your house. If they have probable cause or a warrant they can certainly enter to investigate. Just like your home. Cops can't just come inside whenever they want, dipshit.

▲ 1 ▼
– TrueGodandPatriots [S] 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Sure. Every Cabal institution is private property. Lame argument, "dipshit" (your original epithet to me). If you're not on here to find and fight every avenue of the Cabal maybe you should go to your safe space and do your dot-to-dot in your Children's Friend. Hmmmmm. If that isn't a giveaway title for a magazine I don't know what is.

Again, ex-Mormon here. Served a mission, married in a temple, etc. They open every temple to the public for several weeks when they first open them. Then they are reserved for active members doing things that non-members wouldn't understand or treat respectfully. There's nothing wrong with that.

If a police officer has probable cause that a crime is being committed inside that private property he can absolutely enter, and nobody would try to stop him. If he had a warrant, doubly so. This scenario you just painted is asinine.

There are sometimes health issues in the temple and EMT’s are allowed to enter but they have ones who have temple recommends. I imagine if the cops had to enter they would probably just get one with a temple recommend too. I’ve got quite a few friends who are offices.

Would you want someone coming into your home and recording your intimate traditions with your family so SNL could make a comedy skit about it. Look at what some have done to the image of Christ. Crucifix in a jar of urine. It’s not secret, it’s sacred. I would be heartbroken if my sacred covenants with God were mocked. I don’t like people mocking baptisms or any religious tradition and especially I don’t like it when people mock God or Christ. I’m glad my church doesn’t advertise it so it can be mocked. There are books though of people who have detailed what happens in our temples. I don’t know how accurate they are because I refuse to support someone like that. I can tell you the temples are beautiful and anyone willing to make covenants with God may enter. Mormons are made fun of all the time and for the most part we just laugh it off, but mocking God and covenants I don’t find so funny. If you ever want to know anything about Mormons seriously just talk to a member or a missionary, we love to talk about our religion.

Our pastor invites anyone into his church at anytime. There's nothing to hide. Christ was mocked and made the ulitmate sacrifice for us. True Christians follow his example. No reason to hide Gods truths.

Everyone is welcome into our churches, we love for people to come to our churches and learn all about our religion. In the time of Christ temples were different than churches, our temples are sacred - not secret- and meant for those who follow the commandments and have made covenants and strictly follow those covenants. we do religious work in our temples. We don’t even wear outside shoes past a certain place because we believe it is so sacred. Anyone is welcome in our churches, but there is nothing wrong with having a sacred place. People are welcome in my living room but I don’t invite people into my bedroom. Just because Christ was mocked doesn’t mean we have to invite people into our most sacred places and defile it. We are mocked all the time and that’s ok, and we are mocked about our sacred practices but it doesn’t mean we have to open it up, our churches are enough.

Mormons will invite you into their churches anytime as well. Also nothing to hide. Their temples are different. Even as a member you need a special recommendation to enter. They aren't hiding anything they do there. They just like to treat the actual doing of it with respect. You could learn some quite frankly.

I'm not here to debate your religion man but I'll take the words of Jesus any time when it comes to what we true Christians believe:

Matthew 22:29-30: But Jesus answered them, “You are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.

Really, I'm just trying to figure out if Q has said any thing about the Mormon temples. They seem really suspect.

There is some interesting imagery of the main SLC temple on vigilantcitizen.com.

Also, there is a GIANT doomsday tunnel cut into Big Cottonwood Canyon. I've seen the entrance.

The polygamy thing is a front for pedos. My x used to do a makeup thing for females rescued from polygamist compounds in Utah.

I actually moved to SLC under a protective order after testifying against a child molester. Found out the hard way that law enforcement and the courts are NOT REALLY ON THE CHILD'S SIDE. I didn't understand just how prevalent this evil is. And when I found out that just one door away from me in a Cottonwood condo was a guy who was screwing multiple teens in the complex, I realized I handled it all wrong... Most of the Mormons I have known are good hard working and extremely faithful to their beliefs. That said.... There is specific reasons that you will not enter the Temple until you are eligible. Cut and dry, what goes on in there is not fully disclosed outside of the temple. To me it seems very “Masonic Like” but I am an outsider. There are many beliefs that fall outside of Catholic / Protestant faiths. My experience is that a Mormon and Non Mormon are not compatible as life partners. I saw enough that I have no interest in their doctrine whatsoever. But enough about me....

There’s no evidence of that. You’re trying to get people to prove a negative. As an Exmormon all I can say is Ive been in every room in these temples and the only thing in the basement is laundry rooms and kitchens. All the ceremonies are done in upper rooms and they’re harmless and faith promoting (albeit a little culty and weird).

I’m giving you the facts. You just don't want them.

I'm an exmormon. Everything in the mormon temple was borrowed by joseph smith from the masonic lodges he belonged to. That's not debatable. That said, like most things, the masonic rituals they perform are not automatically good or bad. It depends how they're used. They are definitely harmless in Mormon temples. They are very nice places to worship, ponder, and pray. It's actually one of the things I've missed most since leaving.

– plasssticman 2 points 5 years ago +2 / -0

A couple more things:

The secret rituals conducted in the main temple are a ripoff of the book of mason. That's why the masons chased joseph smith across the country, they intended to slit his throat for stealing their little ceremonies. And what did albert pike, a 33rd D mason, say about 33rd degree masons? That ALL 33rd D masons are LUCIFERIAN PEDOPHILES. When you look up where the pedos are in SLC online you will find two groups: The poors who made their way out of prison. The rich kids that daddy kept out of prison. Follow the house prices to figure out which.

The normal mormons are extremely helpful to their mormon neighbors. A level of kindness towards each other that I haven't seen anywhere else.

But there is a definite creepyness felt in large gatherings.

That being said - I believe that ALL large organizations have pedos in them. Religion attracts them because of all the kids, and basic human nature to trust others. But make no mistake - all of these organizations appear to be more in tune with covering it up that facing it head on.

I’m an Az Mormon, but a small town Mormon not a Mesa Mormon so we always laughed at the Molly’s because most friends were not Mormon. Most of my family is still cool with the church except 2 sisters one had records removed to marry in the Catholic Church and one wanted her records removed and hates me and the church because I’m conservative and a Trump supporter. I have a difficult time going to activities sometimes because it’s too draining to be that happy and cheerful.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– weholdthesetruths 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Well I don’t mind the happy and cheerful part. For me, after I stopped believing the truth claims (I think it’s obvious the Book of Mormon is a work of fiction), it became too hard sitting there listening to takes from people who still hadn’t.

Don’t get me wrong I’m still a huge fan of the Book of Mormon, but I majored in English (at BYU ?), so I know the true value of good, inspiring fiction. If that perspective were adopted by the church, I think I’d be fine going back. But due to the nature of churches, that perspective isn’t tolerated very well.

That, and I’ve found a slew of friends since I left that I party with every week so I already have a robust community aspect in my life so I no longer yearn for that aspect of it (humans are definitely pack animals who crave fellowship).

But nothing pisses me off more than ignorant never-Mormons spouting hate and ignorance about the Church. As you can tell I won’t hesitate to go to bat for them.

Not spouting hate. Seeking truth, like all should be on this site. It all comes down to the fact that when we're all helping we're happy. And I went to a far better school than BYU so not afraid of going toe-to-toe with a BYU English major.

I don’t care what school you went to or whether or not you’re scared to “go toe to toe” with me. The fact is I know personally what goes on in the Mormon temples and you don’t. Even if you went to Harvard it wouldn’t change that. Know when you’re bested. I’m not a Mormon. Im not arguing that Mormonism is better than your religion. I’m simply saying your claim is bullshit and I know from actual experience. Provide proof of your claims that pedophile activity is happening in Mormon temples or shut the fuck up, cause you don’t know shit about fuck on this topic.

Logic obviously isn't your strong suit. I get that. This purpose of this board is to seek truth. We dont give a flying sacrament tray that you are a self-proclaimed expert on what goes on in a Mormon temple because--BY YOUR OWN ADMISSION--YOU AREN'T MORMON AND HAVEN'T BEEN INSIDE A MORMON TEMPLE FOR YEARS. I'm not sure why googling that would bring anything up expect for shock value. I know many are trying to get the Mormon church to outlaw the practice of Mormon bishops speaking alone with minors about their sexual "sins." I agree with that group that it's inappropriate and shouldn't happen, but I was one of those kids and so were my 9 siblings and aside from awkward questions, neither us nor any of our friends or relatives were ever physically abused by one during a confession. I’m a member, not true. I just love when people tell me what we do and what we do not do because I’ve had that happen so many times. I’m born and raised Mormon. There is a big difference between flds or the pedos polygamist in Az, Utah Nevada wherever. I won’t go into a history lesson. There are evil Mormons, just like evil Catholics, atheists, Muslims, agnostics, and so on. I can tell you our religion is very family oriented, we 100% believe in protecting children. Our Bishops/leaders per church and legal rules must report any abuse of spouses or children. Our leaders and members have rules in place that they can not be alone with children. We are also encouraged to keep ourselves from situations that could cause issues. I don’t get myself into situations where it could be construed as inappropriate. I don’t have male friends that I have intimate conversations with that could lead to anything or make my husband question my fidelity. It just makes for a better relationship I think. We teach and attempt to follow that we should be respectful to our bodies and respect others. We have everything we can in place to make sure children are protected. Our temples are sacred and we don’t go about telling what happens in them because just like everything else people will ridicule and belittle our sacred practices. I can say it’s not anything satanic, our temples are beautiful and dedicated to God and Christ. I don’t know how many members you know but I have met very few who weren’t good people. Judge people by their works. All donations to our humanitarian aid(100%) go to the fund, we are one of the first into disasters because the church is so organized and prepared. Our church leaders volunteer their time, they are not paid with very few exceptions. I know people say it’s a cult and I’m brainwashed (kind of like what they say about Q). I look at it like I believe in God, it’s a great religion to raise my family in because of the values, it teachers my family can be together forever, we are all children of God, Christ is the Savior the world, and follow Gods commandments. I also have 100% free agency, my church does not tell me what I can and cannot do. They are commandments from God and I can choose to follow or not. Most members of the church are conservative and very few support abortion because the spirits of those children are sacred too.

So if Q points to evidence of pedofilia coverup in Mormon temples, which side are you going to take?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– Martha1776 1 point 5 years ago +1 / -0

Has Q? I’ve been in the temples and I could never believe they were doing anything to kids. The only time kids are allowed in our temples is when they are with their families being sealed. Yes I would have a hard time believing Q if he said there were pedo tunnels under the temple or children sacrifices. My husbands grandfather knew one of the prophets and his family has been members generations back. I have studied my church my whole life and the general authorities in my church have dedicated their lives and by their works I believe they are good. I don’t know who Q is so yes if it came to believing my religion that has done so many wonderful things in this world and for my family, that has preached being honest, virtuous, kind, moral and everything else over an anonymous person who has given cryptic drops, I got with my church. I do believe Q on the podestas, I saw pictures of babies bodies in baskets, I know the lefties treat abortion as a sacrifice and all the evil they do so I believe Q on that. I judge them by their works. I see the lies and the actions. The prophet and general authorities and leaders have the church and church members go out their way to help their fellow man. Big difference.

I do believe Q, I just said has Q said anything about Mormons. Q’s evidence and proofs have led me to believe in Q. You’re asking me a hypothetical that would go against all evidence I have seen and against my own faith because believe it or not there are other things beside Q that can have proof in your life to believe in. It’s funny that you call Mormonism a cult just as people say Q is a cult. Didn’t know I could belong to 2 cults at the same time. You’re telling me there is nothing whatsoever that could ever shake your belief in Q? If Q says anything about Mormons without evidence, yeah I’ll be gone because I k ow the good work my prophet and members have done. I don’t know why you are trying to drive people away who are here supporting and trying to find out more info. I trust Trump, as long as I believe Trump is with Q I’m here. If Trump came out and said unequivocally it’s all over and Q is a hoax, yeah I’d probably be gone. I’ve seen many many posts from others on here who have said if this or that happens, I’m out. There is no reason for me to disbelieve Q’s drops.

Most mormons, and I mean that vast, vast majority, are good people. And I also have almost no doubt in my mind that alll the way up, within the inner circle, Satan reigns. I hope this is not taken in any disparaging or insulting way to any Mormon who may read this, I apply the same logic to any religious power structure. I truly don’t mean to degrade the faith, only those faithless who have usurped it.

It always gives me the heebiejeebies when I see them out knocking on doors with their kids. Next time I see them should I grab the kids into my house and call the police?

Not from Utah but as a Christian, I have always thought that the best way to judge a person or group is to observe their deeds. The Mormons I know are good hard working people.

If you talking about Mormons I wouldn’t open my door for someone knocking with kids...that’s not what Mormons do. It is either 2 or more men, or 2 or more woman and they are always very nice and should leave if you tell you aren’t interested. However, they will help with jobs, yard work, whatever if they can and not expect or allowed to take anything.

I'll weigh in here. I am a practicing member of the LDS church (Mormon) and I have been through the temple more times than I can count. Mormons use temples to be closer to God and to make sacred covenants (promises) to Him. These promises do not vary from anything that Christ teaches in the Bible. We believe that the temples are the house of the Lord and are very sacred places. There is a difference between secret and sacred. There is a lot of biblical symbolism in them. If you search LDS temples, you can see pictures of the inside of them. Also, when a new temple is built, before it is dedicated, they hold an open house where anyone can go through and see everything. I highly suggest trying to go to one if you can as they truly are incredibly beautiful buildings. As far as security, anyone can go into the main lobby, where you will likely find an elderly person at the front desk with a smile on their face. I've never seen "security" at any of the ones I've been to.

You won't find anyone who hates Mitt Romney more than Mormons. They hate him now more than Harry Reid. At least Harry Reid was honest about who he was. Mitt stabbed everyone in the back.
