Some are of the opinion that adrenochrome withdrawal causes their brains to implode. They can't produce adrenaline on their own anymore, so they are in a serious state of psychosis.
I'm not ruling out that they are being controlled by the Military, but I think the adrenochrome conspiracy and them just being really stupid on top of it is the more likely conspiracy, despite the insanity of it all.

In the past I've known several of these types in university, and I have to say I'm so sorry for any of you that have to deal with these people on an ongoing basis.
Regardless, some of these people genuinely scared me. They are evil, vile retched people I didn't want to be around (think of that black legislator from Michigan who threatened us on her webcam. They are like that all the time.)
Many of them were so convinced of their own moral superiority, I don't see how they would be awakened without a whole lot of therapy. They truly believe they are the enlightened ones and they have a moral imperative to bring the deluded and stupid out of their daydreams and fantasies. (referring to conservatives and Christians).
A lot of them are zealots, and I'm serious we may end up having to manage them as such. Makes me sad to see such broken and corrupted people.
