What are OSINT files?
Open-source intelligence (OSINT) is a multi-methods (qualitative, quantitative) methodology for collecting, analyzing and making decisions about data accessible in publicly available sources to be used in an intelligence context. In the intelligence community, the term "open" refers to overt, publicly available sources (as opposed to covert or clandestine sources).
The Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) is an internet-based, interconnected network of interoperable data pools governed by GS1 standards. The GDSN enables companies around the globe to exchange standardized product master data with their trading partners. The GDSN is used as a tool to support high data quality through use of authoritative data sources, real-time data synchronization, and standardization of data formatting. The GDSN operates using a publish-subscribe pattern between two trading partners, each of which are registered with and access the GDSN via a data pool. The GS1 Global Registry acts as a directory to point to the data pool where data is housed, and matches subscription to registrations in order to facilitate synchronization.

Both sides folded. Trump's lawyers could have refused to stipulate and forced a vote on each witness. It'd have been much ado about nothing, but make no mistake - BOTH republicans and democrats wanted it over today without more information coming out.

So, Dems wanted witnesses until Repubs/Team Trump said they wanted Nancy to testify. My question is, why did the Repubs/Team Trump tell them that? Did they have to disclose witnesses before the witness part started? Did the Dems give them a list of their witnesses? Assuming that Team Trump didn't have to give a list of witnesses (possibly as many as 310) why did they let the Dems know, in advance, that they would call Nancy, let alone any other witness? Was this a message to the Dems to stand down? Everyone with more than 3 brain cells can see that Nancy would get shredded by any mildly competent lawyer. Anyone truly serious about getting her to testify wouldn't announce their intentions until they had to and if they didn't have to they are either stupid or complicit. Something about this doesn't sit right with me.
Why would President Trump's lawyers announce that they were going to subpoena Nancy Pants and then agree to not call witnesses at all, you ask? Well, have you ever watched a cat trolling a mouse? They stalk em, pounce on em, then let em go again for the fun of the chase. At least until they get tired of stalking them and just finish them off. That's what it reminded me of today.
What was on her laptop? They were going to ask her about what she knew about the pre-planned storming of the Capitol. They have the evidence.
