I understand people are stressed, and there are shills who come here to cause trouble, but I'm seeing a lot of really rude comments/replies lately. Especially when it comes to someone asking a simple question, and someone replies with a snarky remark.
We are all in this together! This stuff is confusing enough as it is. Some of us may not have the knowledge base that others do about Q or what is happening around the world. That's no reason to belittle someone. It only makes the poster angry or embarrassed, and makes you sound like a prick.

People don't like having their beliefs questioned, especially where there isn't much proof going around. So when questioned they revert to insults and anger. It's human nature. We're seeing more and more evidence that Biden is in control and people are scared and angry.

I understand what you're saying, but it would help if some would develop a thicker skin. There's a reason why some here are a bit more harsh, just ignore what you don't like or address it specifically when it happens. There will always be trolls who are just jerks no matter what. But not everyone you may see as a jerk is a troll.

There's a difference between criticizing and being an asshole. It's a common misconception that criticism is rude, it's quite the opposite. Criticism done the right way actually shows you care as it's requires much less work to just move along rather than correct.

I find myself tempted once in a while to vent some snark when I feel someone deserves it. But, when I take the opposite approach I'm almost always pleasantly surprised at how people lighten up and become friendly. The webs have a way of allowing or encouraging the worst in us to come out, but I think we can reverse the ugliness by simply reacting with manners, kindness and all that other kind of polite bullshit.

We have an influx of pedes from the "other" win, and some of them can be unkind. There. I said it. I was at reddit's the donald, I was at thedonald.win, and then I came here. I can see, read, the difference in the comments. I prefer the more considerate tone that GA had, and has. However, there is a pede sense of humor and recognition of absurdity to mock without mercy, that is delicious. I missed it! And I am very pleased to see threads like that here, increasingly. I almost literally ROTFLMFAO. Very sharp minds! And profanity? I fight it. My old habits die hard.

About the shills from td.wn mods. Why changing the subject is an issue etc. good for understanding tactics. Insults are part of the tactics used. I found this highly informative and helped me separate my emotions from the negative reactions. (Though I’m still working on my natural armor hide +2 vs shilltrolls)

Reading the comments here and being a long time Voat Vet, I think OP is being called out as wrong, I agree. Now that being said, I know we should be thankful for all the newbies to Q, however, I have asked this question more than a few times and received little to no answers. Where were you the past 12 years at the least? Why is this new to you now. An honest answer to where your head was at would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps if I received some good answers as to why you all weren’t paying attention before and what were you paying attention too, it would go along ways to not being “rude” ? It’s like another poster stated, “those of us that have seen or know can’t sleep” now add years of that experience to one’s life and you get very short patience.
