F me, i grew up in their backyard! I have fond memories of going to the PX and commissary there with my grandparents. Even did a bit of golf with my grandfather on the grounds.
I do know that cell service there is almost impossible to have with every phone ive tried to use within a mile of the base.
So I was deployed with a SOF unit in Afghanistan as a cam op. I spent 3 1/2 months documenting their capture kill missions and another 3 1/2 months "documenting humanitarian aid" I worked along side a CBS 60 minutes crew and some AP journalists. Anyways we walk around with no identifiers and do what ever they want really. So there were C.I.A. agents on missions and sometimes with some dudes from "OGA" "Other Government Agency" which apparently that's all they are allowed to tell you about the agency. They were super secret and hooked us up with some wired Russian helicopter I assume, which opened from the front. The public affairs, and psy op units took my photos and video and used them for whatever propaganda was on the agenda. My whole SOF experience was pretty do whatever until it was mission time then goodbye whoever it was were tracking via cell usually or intel we were provided when we would sneak in and take over in the middle of the night as they "own the night". JSOC is very secret and have full capability to do whatever is required.
If this article came out in 2012, and as it states in the article, that they take their orders directly from POTUS or the SoD, then how could Barry and Ass Carter not know about this unit and why would they have left it in place to come after them?
That's simple, try and find how many contractors their are for military work and then look under those companies and find even more smaller companies or contractors under those, it gets buried pretty fast, look up kbr alone and see all the things they are contracted to do and then how much is actually subcontracted out.
My last tour 07-09 we had support from them, they ran a special prop plane with a gryo scope camera and helped us doing route clearance, I am trying to remember their call sign but we would go up with them every so often and I got to do it. Dudes definitely do some under the radar type spying, they obviously didn't give huge details but did say they do stuff that the military can't officially do but mainly it's just in Intelligence and giving teams on the ground real time information. I'll try and remember their call sign or ask a buddy for it.
No they were in "civis" carried a day pack with currency, papers and a ak-47, if they went down they were to blend in and get to a embassy or a FOB, they were cool as shit though

Haha I remember now, SCAT was their call sign and pretty sure it had something to do with their mission or equipment, I will try and dig some more, also doing this made me remember my last call sign in the Army was 17, means more now then it did then lol.

He said that part of their job is to sit and watch Intel fit past screens all day everyday. This Intel cubes from ALL branches, services, and govt agencies. They know EVERYTHING. It's literally their job to grab popcorn and stuff back and watch the show.
