Today proves "court" is not a viable strategy if you're seeking justice.
Many are still brainwashed into thinking the system is "good" and "works. There's still many here who think we just need to find a little more evidence of voter fraud and the courts will side with us.

I don't actually think so; I think she did it for show, nothing else. After all, they were the ones that conceded; she didn't want to testify. They just did it because it was politically the right move at the time, and, in my opinion, because she was terrified of what was happening.

Actually, people sue all the time knowing they can't win, especially in defamation cases. The idea is to get Mike Lindell to back off and stop spreading information due to fear of actually losing a billion-dollar lawsuit. Just like with Sidney Powell and Lin Wood though, Dominion has miscalculated since they would all be glad to go through with the suit, allowing for discovery and evidence along the way. This is just one theory at least.

Why would Dominion sue Lindell if they know this presents an opportunity for discovery to be presented? The sentiment around here before the peach mint trial was one of optimism because evidence of election fraud would be presented- or so the thought was. As we know, nothing happened. So why would this be any different?
Someone made a point that it'll never make it to discovery, Dominion would likely pull out before it reached that point. It just gives a nice "wow" factor for the Left, to continue their narrative
