MELTING EYE: While watching ßiden's NIH visit from 2/11 you can readily see his left eye "melting" as an artifact of the mask that the actor is wearing. The man in black behind him is fidgeting like a whore in church and it takes a while for the mask wearing actor to recover the eye shape.

Not a trained actor (ie CIA or similar). They're trained to do things like this through desensitizing exercises and practice.
Maybe not, but at one point he seemed VERY slow and careful to adjust it, as if he knew that if he moved too suddenly, he would just make it worse.

And check out the elastic sinking into the rubber on the back of his head, mid way down just after balding hairline. There's NO way that's hair or fat.

The white mask is so far embedded into the rubber mask that it cannot move. Look at how the elastic of the white mask digs deep into the rubber from behind? That is not hair and ßiten is not that fat. This is both revealing as a mask AND it helps the mask to stay snug for them so they didn't have to worry so much about it..... at least they thought.

I heard rumors that this guy was wearing a prosthetic mask; but I never believed it. Sure, they can make fantastically convincing prosthetic masks, but you can always tell; they can never get the area around the eyes just right.
And then this happens.
And the back of the head makes it super evident. He's not that fat and he does not have that much hair. The elastic is digging in way too far for this "guy".

There are 2 elastic bands coming from the white mask; one goes on the upper back side of his head and you can see the other one on the back of his neck and it looks tight like it is digging into him. That is the fold you are seeing on the back of his neck.
I think you're looking at a different area than I am. Go into the video and look midway down the back of his head at that particular strap. Not the one down at his neck.
