So it seems to me that SCOTUS denied the cert. on purpose. This would allow Trump and his team to prevail on the argument that all possible legal remedies were totally exhausted before taking any additional action. A similar process occurred when Trump and his team purposely allowed the stolen election results to stand in order to ultimately expose the full extent of the ways and means in which the election fraud occurred.
SCOTUS’ failure today is EPIC. Such a publicly witnessed dishonoring of the rule of law by the government’s final arbiters of the rule of law, both before and now again after the elections, must be considered nothing less than the absolute final straw.
Now, when Trump jumps back in the game, the left cannot legitimately simply dismiss him as a sore loser and a dictator. It seems that it is no coincidence that only now is he scheduled to speak publicly, later on this week, at CPAC on 2/29, for the very first time since the election.
Today, SCOTUS proved to all the world that our government is unwilling to uphold the rule of law and defend our civil rights under the constitution. Clearly, Trump and his supporters are left with no alternatives. At this point, no one can legitimately fault Trump and/or the military for intervening since everyone has seen, with their own eyes, that for many months every possible legal remedy was, in both state and federal courts, fully, expertly and in good faith, explored until ultimately all such efforts were exposed to be entirely futile.
