The only thing that bugs me is the need to state that the judge understands this is not an effort to overturn the election results.
The reason for the Senate's request shouldn't matter. The legislature has this authority no matter the purpose.
Agreed. What, there's something wrong or to be ashamed of in being out to overturn fraud -- if they are so determined?
Or are they doing this for show? Another fake "audit" ?
Didn't the Board of Supervisors already bring in a team of their own auditors to inspect these same machines? If they did, anyone taking odds that they didn't erase and otherwise render any follow on audit as useless?
Yeah, I just Commented on that. I recall an AZ Pede writing here or on PW that the “independent auditors” are corrupted. I dunno...getting tiiiired of getting my hopes up. Lucy and Charlie syndrome.
I watched or read an interview with someone who knows more about these things, an IT expert or expert auditor, and apparently, it would be very obvious to the inspector that they were tampered with if that were the case.
Exactly... America shouldn't overturn the stolen will of the people...
Because reasons.
Yeah, because this ☝?
Dont freak out about that. Maybe a lawpede can provide clarification.
Judges dont want to interfere in elections in any way shape or form. Even the appearance of interfering is about the worst thing they can think of, given the "sacredness" of the vote. Of course it leads to the problem we have now.
I dont know for sure, again, some support please, but if you go in as said, just looking for clarification, I dont believe it will preclude the fact if you do infact find malfeasance, that you cannot pursue a remedy.
Basically if you find fraud while "only looking for clarification", it wont stop you from additional action to rectify the fraud.
However, you have to get there in the firstplace to even discover it. I dont know that this order is bad. I could be wrong, thats fine, but if it takes going through a legal maze to get there, I'm ok with it as long as we get there.
Yes. Sounds like a narrative to me.
