Not to discourage your message, brother in Jesus Christ; but please don't forget that the verse prior to verse 18 is verse 17 which says:
Revelation 19:17-18
17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
So The Holy Spirit is very specific and very literal in who's flesh is eaten and what creatures will be consuming it. It will not be us. It will be the fowls of the air.
These verses are much more terrifying than just metaphor for justice. God is literally going to command His angel to stand in the sun and command all the birds of the air to attack all listed prey and eat their flesh. Which goes back even further to something Jesus said in Matthew:
Matthew 24:25-28
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
The end with God's judgement will be just as carnally brutal as it is spiritually. All the more reason to pray for worldwide and self repentance. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a just God. May we thank God daily that Jesus came so we too would not suffer the same fate as all evildoers.
