Seriously. If everything goes to shit when they try to deal with the cabal then the power could be shut off country wide for weeks. If that happens tens of thousands maybe more could freeze to death. It would only take 2-4 weeks to create a disaster just look at Texas. Is it possible the only thing holding back a response is that they are trying to wait until the weather warms up??? Even if its not THE reason it seems like maybe its one of the bigger concerns that factor into when they should move forward.

Yeah. I usually catch numbers because I'm looking for it. Where/were whether/weather too/to etc... I can never seem to get those right no matter how hard I try. I have to reread what I write 2-3 times if I want it right. When I'm quick and dirty I always screw up. And I just tried to edit it and realized you can't change the title. I'll remember that next time.
I think you are correct, but you might be looking to the wrong continent. There is a lot of speculation that the Spring thaw will overwhelm the 3 Gorges Dam. If that dam gives way, it would be.....well....Biblical.

Weather control is undeniably real. Its really a question of how much and how often. I personally think Q is not waiting on the weather. If they wanted a certain weather in a certain place I think they can and would just make it be that way, and I've seen good evidence (not conclusive) to support that assertion.

Nah. It's warm enough NOW, but just 1-2 weeks ago it was freezing ass cold across all the northern states. Sure here in GA it would be fine if the power went out, but what about MI or NY or Canada etc??? You'd lose more people to the cold and lack of food/water than you would to fighting. If the weather really is a major concern they have to wait at least another 2-3 weeks. We will know when its truly spring because the pollen will go nuts. The plants will tell us.
I hope Q isn't waiting for public education to work. LOL
