Yeah, when they whip out the latest CDC study that says Masks and Closing Restaurants Worked, simply open up the actual data in that study and take a look—maximum of a 1.8% decrease in spread. That’s statistically insignificant and well within the error rate.
I talked with someone the other day and he told me the average adult has gained 2lbs per month since CV started. I believe it. My girlfriend texted me a picture of us when we were on a trip for work the last week in February 2020. I told her, damn, I look skinny there. I ran into an acquaintance who is a teacher and she said she did not realize just how much the act of standing, walking from building to building made a difference in keeping the weight off. I agree. I used to walk around my office all the time.
Haven’t been in 40 years. Just like 3 times for checkups for visa stuff but that’s it. Refused ambulance twice. Took care of my own wounds. The entire medical establishment is going down. I’m sure they can transition to a new one but those Ned beds for those who need them will be a god send.
