I'll share a quick story and then I'll propose some possibilities to you.
Back in 2010-2012, I met a guy who worked on a very prominent democrat's campaign on the technical side. I asked him if he would work on this democrat's campaign again, and he told me he would never work on any political campaign ever again, because they are all so horribly corrupt and irredeemable.
I don't know what the person's personal politics were, but I got the sense that he cared at least a little bit about the truth.
Now for the possibilities:
Leaving aside whether or not the man you see on TV is Joe Biden or not (it's irrelevant), I want to ask you what you think of his handlers.
Keep in mind these are people who are coaching the most powerful man in the world (if Joe is actually president and the US is still functioning.)
a) The people are incompetent, getting paid to do something they don't know how to do.
b) The people are competent but want to make Joe look like a fool.
I can believe (a). Communists are notorious for being exceptionally poorly qualified. However, I can't imagine that someone didn't say something like, "You know, it's really important that we make Joe seem presidential. Why don't we hire so-and-so who is actually competent and have him help us get it right?" Maybe feminism and wokism is so prevalent in his administration that they are at the Soviet level of incompetence, but I find that hard to believe, especially when they are in such a precarious position and they have virtually unlimited funding.
The problem I have with (a) is that it just seems implausible. Possible but not probable, in other words.
What about (b)? I know you've all seen the memes of Joe being told to do or so something retarded and the crew telling him to do it laughing about it. It's a successful meme because it is mostly true. Why would someone want to make Joe look like a fool? And why are they doing it so subtly? It certainly isn't someone from the Deep State, the Cabal, or anyone like that. I mean, unless they want to completely destroy any faith and confidence in the US government on behalf of the American people. (Improbable since the US government is actively pushing the cabal's position forward.)
So I am left to believe that Joe, or whoever is playing Joe on TV, is being told what to do by white hats, people opposed to the Deep State and the cabal, and they are intentionally leaving subtle hints that Joe is incompetent, not in control of the country, and that he is being played by a group that know a great deal about how to do these sorts of things really well.
It sort of calls into question the authenticity of any public figure. Who's to say they aren't being told what to say and do, or that they aren't part of a larger script?
At this point, the question becomes: What is the script? Why is it written that way and not some other way? But most especially, when do we get our country back and what do we need to do today?
We are really watching a movie. Your post reminds me of "think mirror" ... Biden is doing the OPPOSITE of everthing Trump did - raising taxes, stopping the wall, opening the borders, stopping the pipeline, making us energy dependent, trafficking children - the list goes on.
Fortunate to live comfortably, but for those in the cities or near the border, and those who lost jobs, this needs to end damn soon.

If I were a democrat in control of the house, senate, administration, and the courts, I would never do anything like what they are doing. It's too obvious, too inflammatory. It's way easier to govern by degrees than by massive policy shift. One small change a day, barely noticeable, would be ideal.
Same here. I think the white hats (military) are using the controlled democrats to destroy the democrat party, and are also using controlled MSM to destroy the MSM as well...
Think about it. Any sort of external attacks from republicans would be explained away by the hardcore lefties. Controlled lefties red-pilling other lefties works much better.
Same goes for the MSM - President Trump declared them the enemy of the people, and that worked for his base but that is all. Building competing media companies also only works for his base... and does not work to red-pill lefties. Only the MSM can be used to destroy the MSM.

c) the handlers are competent but Joe (real or actor) are so dementia ridden (real or acting) that they can't handle it which is why they limit his appearances so so much
I tend to believe there is much acting going on with ol Joe, either Joe acting on behalf of the white hats full time, or Joe being played by an actor full or part time
either way I think the DS/Cabal realizes they wil be forced to 25th Joe but they are holding back, otherwise would have already done it. is it possible that Kamala can't take the seat because she's under indictment or something else she or the DS are aware of? same with Nanxi?
Even Nancy and Chuck seem to be behaving quite differently than they did in January.

As far as theory A goes they have a list of these handlers and people to hire on hand.
Those chosen get worse every year as they come from the new sector of our dumbed diwn society. They are Harvard and Yale graduates many of them sent into the states to work with people like me who ruin everything because they've never done it before and then they just go to law school and you never see them again.
The others are promoted and regurgitated through the staff you are talking about. The rest are there because their parents gave big money to the party and they owe them a job. (They also become playas)
The vote has been controlled since 2002 so it's easy for them to do this and everyone watches the dumbest campaign win.
So just to throw this out I really don't want it to be true or anything but one possible reason to make Joe look completely out of it is to push the other puppet Harris into the presidency. If this were the script I would expect her to appear more competent with maybe a few walkbacks on some of the more erroneous or out there bad policies to appease maybe even us. If no policies are changed I would expect a line like "well that was really bad but I can't do anything about it". However... if that were the case her border apathy is really confusing, cause if I'm a black hat right, I want her to look really good...

Yeah they would be doing that together some sort of deal for Joe maybe has do to with Hunter or other family mess. Also he is so old maybe for him to say well I was President, even if it was 3 months, is enough for him at this point in his life. I don't want my theory to be correct and one thing that sort of gives me hope that I am wrong here is that if the plan that everyone talks about here did go wrong I would've hoped there would be an additional comm that let us know we are on our own. I just always think we need to be thinking of both possibilities.
Pols mean shit. Nearly all had/have handlers. Since Trump I want to believe the handlers are what has changed. Corrupt pols are forced into submission. Some quit, retire early, and some get a part in the show.
As far as your last 3 questions.
Only 10 know the script, but if I had to guess I would say we continue to burn until pushed to the brink ( Precipice/NDE ).
Perhaps there are a few variations of the script, because one of the unknowns is the people's breaking point. We have been under hypnosis for so long it's hard to break it. No one truly knows what if anything will wake the normies and left.
That's the $64K question. Datefagging always leads to disappointment, but one of these times someone is gonna be right. I am beginning to even wonder if it's this year tbh. Hard to keep engaged and remain hopeful when the 20 steal was so blatantly obvious. I still don't doubt the outcome though.

Nobody is out here but old people tied to the land, the younger generation who wants nothing to do with the city, and a few families like me that said, "Screw it. We're growing our own food because we can afford to."
I don't think I've seen a democrat for months now. And everyone I talk to is all ready to march on DC if word came down. They're still flying Trump flags and some are even flying the US flag upside down. One of my neighbors has "An Appeal to Heaven" flag.
Man, that sounds like paradise. I'm gonna live in a place like that someday, or I'm gonna die trying.
Things are a lot cheaper, and neighbors are actually helpful.
If you're willing to get your hands dirty and keep your costs low, you can own your own 20 acre plot of heaven. 20 acres is more than enough in most climates to become truly self-sufficient.
I do not believe this is predetermined to the level of an actor playing Joe or anything like that. I WANT to, but its too out there. Real people are facing real issues, its gotta be the real Joe with Dementia. But I do believe this is the deep state playing RIGHT into the trap.
Seeing Joe decline on the campaign trail -- there's no way this guy is Joe. But I am not an expert in dementia and mental decline of the elderly.

I'm less optimistic. I don't think it matters how much of a fool Joe appears. It's not something they really need to concern themselves with anymore. Who needs PR when you've wall to wall propaganda to mold reality for you? They wanted Joe because he was corrupt and senile. Making him the perfect puppet, weekend at Bernie style.
