They probibly just tweaked the PCR tests so it showed old people dying of heart disease and cancer all had WuFlu. Poof now their is 1000 cases instead of 19. Maybe they threw in a few motorcycle accidents and people that shot themselves in the head three times just to make sure the numbers were high enough.

My own relatives at one point said they knew people that died from WuFlu, but they were an old couple and for all we know they just died of the dam flu or pneumonia etc. The doctors just told everyone it was WuFlu.
