When a doctor says there is "no cure" they are referring to a drug that destroys the disease regardless of your immune health. He isn't lying because this is true.
Ivermectin, HDQ, etc are therapeutics and/or prophylactics. They can either treat the disease, in some case so well it appears to be a cure, or prevent you from getting it.

I agree with you. There are no cures for any viruses. Your body just has to fight it out. Yes hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, zinc, vitamin C, etc. are all therapeutics. They assist your body in getting well. But they are not cures. There’s technically no cure for any virus Biette COVID-19 or any other virus. All they can do is help treat it, but it’s not like a bacteria infection will you get an anabiotic and the bacterial infection will go away within 10 days of taking all your medication.

i don't watch the propaganda so i did not see this clip. however, i think that statement is better than claiming there is a "cure". as we all know there is no cure for viruses. treat it like the common cold and it will pass. in the medical community, "sick" people always walk into the hospital looking for a "cure" for whatever they have or have conjured up in their mind that they have. our immune system was designed by GOD to fight illness. covid is nothing but the flu which is proven by the nonexistent flu cases nation wide.
