Yesterday I went to the local urgent care because I was experiencing flulike symptoms. Of course they tested for COVID, as well as strep and something else. While the doctor was in the room with me, I asked if they'd been seeing a lot of COVID cases recently. She said yes. I said, really? More? She said yes, we're seeing more now. I asked her "how is that possible with all these vaccines going out?" And she said:
"The COVID vaccine isn't keeping people from getting COVID, it's just making it less likely that they die. We'll see what your results say, but I've just been telling people to take Zinc, Vitamin C and Calcium, and maybe take an antibiotic or something if this doesn't clear up in a day or two."
By the way, my results were strep and covid negative.
"it makes it less likely that they die"
keep in mind she is saying this about an untested, unverified, experimental drug. She has no idea what it actually does, but makes authoritative claims regardless.
Pretty crazy eh
That's because doctors are medically trained professionals, who know much more than us non-doctors, and never make mistakes. /s

They know the talking points from their journals. Unfortunately, that’s how they are trained. Few actually ponder and apply critical thinking to these claims.
Ironic, if you think about it. Especially since doctors just 100-odd years ago were prescribing dangerously addictive opiates on the regular. Diseases were blamed on "bad air" and "ill humours". And before that your curative options were nasty potions, weird rituals, or just accept that you were going to die at the age of 30 after only just meeting your grandchild. Butchers were surgeons too, literally.
So basically, I can accept the idea of doctors not knowing everything. Plus, the influence of Big Pharma. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk
Yeah, and malpractice insurance is not a thing ;)
Even if it were proven safe and effective, all it's doing is reducing your chance of death by a tiny margin.
99.998% chance of survival without the injection, 99.999% with it.
Not even worth the time it takes to drive to the clinic.
Correct.
Just common sense stuff.
TOP KEK. Wendys Chili and Frosty cures Covid19, Cancer, Liberalism ... you name it.

Well, she probably owns some vaccine stonks and doesn't want to hurt her investment.
Most likely has no idea what's in it, either.
But here ... take it!
