I think this is a setup. These governors are passing the buck to the businesses and corporations that already have too damn much power in this country and won't hesitate to require the vaccine. But the governors will look good, won't they.
Then they'll be taking all the liability. Federal law fine 100 m in this instance per occurrence. The individuals involved as agents of the company get 1 million fines and many get jail sentences. This isn't Unprecedented. The corporations are all owned by the same people but run by their puppets.

I moved from Oregon to Utah and I am less than thrilled at the number of masked and vaxxed sheep occupy the red space of Utah

Got a friend from high school who says he's moving to the Dakotas to get away from it all. All being blue transplants here to take advantage of what we've created.
