Okay I need to seriously get on the vitamin d3 again. I used to use doctors best but I'll have to see if I should do 10,000 ius to start with. I live in a state that is 80% cloudy any given day.
I relate to a lot of what you said about intestines twitching and always analyzing what I'm eating. I feel exhausted half the time. Do you know how much magnesium is a good supplement? I get migraines not super frequent but at least every few weeks sometimes more. But I'm always afraid of the loose bm.
I also want to supplement calcium bc osteoporosis runs in my family so I started back with my weight training yet I'm feeling it in my knees. Maybe that's B related too.
I have my gyn appt in a couple weeks and was going to ask them but they'll probably lie like my regular doc.
I'm a nurse and should know this but there's so much conflicting info and I don't trust pharma at all.
Thank you so much! I hoping the mag will help with sleep and headaches. Melatonin doesn't work for me. I've been nervous about calcium because of kidney stones and what is too much. I love cheese and don't see that ending tho I don't eat it all the time and I like some of the better ones like Buffalo mozerella and feta.
Doctors just seriously disgust me. I have to go and likely fight about why I refuse a mammogram. (I used to do clinical review for PET scanning and saw 1st end what my chem professor taught, mammograms are useless at best and possibly causing more breast cancer at worst.
Thank you so much! One last question, I think I found good supplements for the b's, d3 +k2 and mag glycinate (thonit also says lysinate) bit for the zinc, I'm hesitant bc there was a time period I was taking the zinc lozenges cold eeze for around 2 or 3 weeks, it actually started to depress my immune system which I read you can have too much. It was giving me scratchy throat and just feeling rundown As soon as I stopped I felt better. Will the 20mg tablets not have the same effect?
The lozenges change my taste too do i was going to skip the zinc but perhaps shouldn't. Thank you again, this has been super helpful!

mag biglycinate is SO MUCH better than citrate. start with 200mg and move to 400mg daily. if you taking too much it will be loose bm.
even a tums is pure calcium. you can take a B12 supplement under the tounge

You will see tremendous benefit with sleep and headaches.
For headaches, try a peppermint oil roller. Roll some on your temple and forehead. You are going to love it.
