Yep. All of 2021 was dedicated to implanting a chronic condition of fear/emotional pain as a means to control the masses via constantly giving illogical orders/mandates. The longer term goal includes sending a few people postal to create chaos as a distraction and to provide cover/justification for the selfish evil actions of the cabal.
Interesting Question: If someone gets MK Ultra'd and mind controlled to commit a mass shooting, does God grant them a pardon into Heaven for essentially being an abused victim who had their agency removed from them to become a puppet, or does he blame the victim and show no leniency at all??
If they were already Saved beforehand, I don't see any reason for that to be revoked since, as part of the abuse, sobriety is stolen from them. If they weren't already Saved, their destination was already set for hell, and I don't recall any Scripture of God being like "yeah... What those guys did to you was messed up. Even though you continue to reject me, imma let you up here."
We are all immortal souls. When we pass from the physical body, we go to a "level" (or dimension) that is commensurate with our state of mind/learning. Those who believe they have been evil and wish to remain in that state will go to the lowest level where existence is awful. The more enlightened you are, the higher the level that you go to. (This is a simplified explanation.) Anyway, the destination is not decided by "God" (or Source or the Universal Consciousness).

Also, keep in mind this was pretty old tech which then suddenly disappeared from publication. I assume because the government bought up the tech for clandestine operations and kept it classified.
One last comment, the new version of this (last I read there was research looking into this), was trying to employ MRI to alter/embed thoughts into people from remote distance. I'm not sure whether they succeeded or not, but I know they had a program that broke into sub goals to achieve this final goal. Elon's neural link falls along the category of one of these sub-goals

I think the implication is that victims of mk ultra are also subjected to mind control, sometimes by sexual abuse or a bunch of other means like electroshocks, etc. vs Manchurian candidates who I think are unwittingly coerced into doing something they don’t mean to
My understanding was that Manchurian candidates were also victims. I watched Katy Groves' videos, and others, and learned how victims are used as assets for all sorts of operations. I was just hoping to hear the guy say the words.
