I have to step in with my extensive dairy knowledge. Anywhere in the world where people had ruminate animals, they consumed large amounts of raw diary. Areas of the world like Scotland, France, Italy, Greece, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, all parts of Africa, Mongolia, ect. The only group of people who didn't consume raw dairy were islanders and some groups in extreme weather condition (no milk producing animals).

Lactose, like many other forms of sugar, can be difficult for the body to break down. However, the bacteria in RAW dairy eats lactose. Raw dairy also has an enzyme called lactase which converts lactose into sugar. Some people even have the ability to produce there own lactase enzymes.

The reason why so many people struggle with diary today is because they are not drinking the raw form nor are they consuming enough probiotic rich diary foods like yogurt and kefir.

Diary is one of the most nutritious and easy digesting foods on Earth if it's in its correct form; raw.

Firstly, Native Americans are the highest % lactose intolerant people on Earth (80 - 100%).

Secondly, Chinese people and other East Asians also have one of the highest levels of lactose intolerance, followed by Central Asians. (80-90%)

African American people only have (75%) lactose intolerant.

Indians (people from India) are 70% lactose intolerant.

Latinos are 50% lactose intolerant.

British, German, French, Nordic, etc... are anywhere from 5% to 17% lactose intolerant.

If anyone has read about the French Revolution, all I can say is, our country is becoming like Revolutionary France.
