They are all exceptional weapons. Choosing a gun is kind of like choosing a pair of shoes. What fits one person perfectly is extremely uncomfortable for another. I have been carrying concealed for about 12 years or so. I would suggest that you go to a range where you can rent and shoot all of the weapons you have mentioned, as well as any others that you handle and feel comfortable in your hands. By shooting all of them you will be able to determine several things: which weapon feels most comfortable to you, what the recoil impulse feels like for each weapon, and which one you are most accurate with. You will just naturally be more accurate with some weapons than you will with others. Try to find the weapon that has the optimal combination of comfort and accuracy. Take your time, don't rush, you may have to stake your life on the choice you make. If I may also suggest an additional candidate, consider the Springfield XDM in either 9mm or 45acp, depending on which caliber you want to carry. Hope this is helpful. Stay alert, stay alive, watch your 6, God bless.
I have heard good things about sig. I did not like my Glock. I always felt like the recoil was harsher than my other handguns. My Smith and Wesson was my favorite. It was only a 22 but it was a short barrel and so fun to shoot.
Never owned or fired a Sig but my brother has the p365 and loves it. He has a lot of pistols and does a lot of shooting with them all, but the Sig is his go to conceal carry gun now all the time.

I'm useless. Old school. I love my Colt Combat Commander .45 ACP
My Commander has a 4.25" barrel. Conceals just find, smaller than a Glock. I also have a Springfield 1911A1 with the 5" barrel.
My back up is Walther PPK in .380
GLOCK
365xl gets my vote!
When I was testing handguns, I liked the M&P Shield 2.0 best. I could hit the target most accurately with it.
Go to a range and shoot them all if you can.

Sig, always.
At this point I'd go with the one that has the least wait time. You will not find any of those available at the moment.
#1, but if you really want the best for concealed, strongly consider not getting the XL, but the regular 365.
But also consider, a post like this within 24 hours of first interacting with this site... glows really, really hard.
Beretta APX is a solid choice
