Why would they not inject the total amount? I've never gotten a shot where the doc or nurse squirted out the last of it like that. Plus it looked like quite a bit. It would seem that if he for some reason was supposed to get a smaller dose, she would only have filled the syringe with the exact amount he was supposed to get, rather than overfilling and they squirting the rest out. Why wouldn't she just put the syringe in a sharp safe with whatever liquid remained in it rather than squirting it out on the ground? Doesn't seem like SOP to me.
None of this makes sense. I think you're doing this on purpose to confuse. In the age before Epi pens you would draw a dose from a larger medicine bottle. To make sure you would not inject any air the syringe would be held upwards (to let the air travel to the top of the syringe) the person injecting would then remove the air and Squrt a tinny amount of medicine from the syringe. Now the dose would be safely injected. What I see here is a nurse? Dumping a full injection onto the ground. From getting flu shots in the past all the injectors were pre filled. The old way of dosing is not used anymore. None of this makes sense.

each vaccine vial loses around one dose because of this. A 1ml ampoule contains 1.1 ml. Google dead space syringe.
That flow was.easily .5cc. The shot should be about that.
