So i cant get the full details as i don't have a LL account but the data here is actually enough to give an update.
Egypt "arrested" both the ship and cargo. This means:
no cargo can be unloaded
only authorised personnel can move the ship now (Port Authority or SCA)
all crew are arrested and not allowed to leave the ship
This came about a day after the ship was cleared to be moved as well, so Egypt is definitely not letting this ship continue to rotterdamn anytime soon.
Lloyd's List is one of the world's oldest continuously running journals, having provided weekly shipping news in London as early as 1734. It was published daily until 2013 (when the final print issue, number 60,850, was published), and is in constantly updated digital format only since then.
Also known simply as The List, it was begun by Edward Lloyd, the proprietor of Lloyd's Coffee House, as a reliable and concise source of information for the merchants' agents and insurance underwriters who met regularly in his establishment in Lombard Street to negotiate insurance coverage for trading vessels.[1] The digital version, updated hour-to-hour[2] and used internationally, continues to fulfil a similar purpose. Today it covers information, analysis and knowledge relevant to the shipping industry, including marine insurance, offshore energy, logistics, market data, research, global trade and law, in addition to shipping news.[3]
The wife considers it trustworthy, and she pretty much trusts no news these days from anywhere, so for her to say that gives me confidence in the claims made.
Just found out my brother in-law who works in the sales department at Trek bikes has 4 or 5 containers on that ship and he is waiting on information on when it will be released. Lots of stuff on that boat.
He had a prototype stolen on a trip back from Europe a couple years ago. Airlines never located it. Still hasn't turned up to this day. Was testing it with some other riders from the company. Kinda crazy to think someone would steal a bike but now I guess they probably had some kind of racing advantage or something.
The 'bracket' to the right is what I believe they're referring to although why it wouldn't be positioned the same type-direction as the "THANK YOU" does raise an eyebrow. I can read it as a "17" on its side, but it feels like a loose connection atm.
Either way, it's an interesting notable and something to keep an eye on while this situation keeps developing, IMO.

One small update to your third bullet point: Two of the 25 crew were allowed to leave the ship, due to urgent personal needs, leaving 23 aboard.

Evergreen arrested... symbolism... hmm...
Thanks. Is LL a reputable and trustworthy source? I'm not familiar with it at all. Thanks.
Wife considers it one of the few she trusts, and so far she only really trusted me up to now
Do you have a list?

Okay, thanks for answering.
I'm wondering this as well

Your brother's bikes are fantastic. That is all ?

Someone with Google Earth Pro was able to find the date on that picture with the containers spelling Thank You. It is from 9/10/2020.
Are you saying someone could have planned for this to happen? Do not be ridiculous.
check out these shipping containers spelling "THANKYOU" AND "17" on the Ain Sokhna port

Where is the 17 I don't see it? Also, anyone know why this says this?

Agreed, that's not a 17. Wish we knew when this was done.
