Most places only have a sign-up. So far no one has even talked to me about the mask.
Like you said most businesses are not interested in enforcing mask mandates.
Our local police have already stated they will not enforce any mask mandates.
I've been trying more and more places here in Korea and getting away with more and more. The only place I'm getting serious backlash and where I almost lost my temper was at the gym.
In a city of 1.2 million people where masks are worn on the beach and while jogging, I am the Maskless Man!
Yep, just went to a concert in Columbia, SC. Signs that say must wear masks. Bouncers not even wearing them and not a soul in a packed house wearing one.
I get yelled at everyday, but I live in the belly of the beast, the soon to be a former city by the name of Chicago. It's merely a shadow of its former self, especially where it counts (CBD). That said I was in FL last week and every town is different, but I caught no shit from anyone even when I was the only one in the store without a mask. Anyway for that alone I like FL.
Sam's Club has never said a word to me...but I do recognize how their products are inferior to Costco. Bacon and chicken breasts alone are enough to entice me with that Costco membership. But I'm boycotting them, regardless. Delicious chicken and bacon will just be out of reach for me!
My local grocery store doesn’t enforce it. I’m trying to empower the other customers by letting them see me walking around without one. Hopefully they grow some balls.
I was in Safeway yesterday and while the mask mandate is in place, I noticed the 'clean carts' were running a little low, but also that the six foot floot stickers with the exception of one in front if each checkout stand had been removed. (Which actually, I would trade for the mask because the way the store is laid out, it made it easier to maneuver around. Pre-CV, it was always a traffic jam.)
In Australia we have these stupid qr codes you must scan upon entering a business for "contact tracing". I'm yet to do it and yet to have some worker ask me to. Sadly a couple weeks ago the police locked down a supermarket and checked everyone had scanned fining people $1000 if they hadn't and fining the business $20000 if anyone had been let in without doing it. Hearing about this sounded real nazi like
Had to pickup my daughter from a Cobb County, GA hospital last Sunday (4/25) and didn’t see a mask sign on the door. I went inside , maskless, and noticed all staff wearing masks ( very few people in the ER). No one said anything all throughout my time there.
I stopped at a roadside BBQ joint today. When I got inside I noticed the workers and a customer ahead of me all had masks on and I didn't. At first I thought they'd ask me to leave but nope, they were eager to take my order and wrap it to go. Not a word about masks. As more people start to return to normalcy, others will follow. It can't happen soon enough.
The ones that are most serious about it have the brown shirts at the front enforcing it. Boycott those businesses and never go back. I'm planning on joining city councils and stuff in my new city to prevent one particular grocery store from building there. That is, if I can find the council or board that would oversee that.
Been doing this since day 1. Walk in like you own the place, go to pay for your stuff, if they make a fuss just tell them you're more than happy to shop elsewhere.
I will never wear one. I go in and if they try to enforce the mask bullshit, I walk the fuck out. Guess what? I always find someone who doesn't believe this bullshit running a business and that is where I spend my money.
Places here in my city have a QR code they want you to scan so you can install a tracker app. I can see that they are hurting, sucks to be a bunch of dumb fucks. I never take my business in them.
Can confirm, been maskless since the beginning in Colorado delivering food and most places dont say anything. If they do I just tell them I'll wait outside.

Same here.

If I can do it, so can you!

Here in Texas there are no mask mandates, but taking on Costco and now Total Wine has been a challenge. But I will keep trying.

Dude, that is fucking insane. I'd be living in the bush if I had to deal with that shit.

It's mostly the other customers that'll through a bitch fit
Correct. I now deliver my entire fed ex route to businesses without a mask on. The sign is so they don't get fired.
The only place I’ve gotten hassled at is Walmart. And I live in a county where everyone wears them.
Been doing this since day 1. Walk in like you own the place, go to pay for your stuff, if they make a fuss just tell them you're more than happy to shop elsewhere.
Did this yesterday. No confrontation, and in fact a great conversation.

I do not put it on unless asked and sometimes I just leave.
Luckily I live in OK... some people still wear masks, but most people don't even care.
Places here in my city have a QR code they want you to scan so you can install a tracker app. I can see that they are hurting, sucks to be a bunch of dumb fucks. I never take my business in them.
This has been the case with everywhere here except the doctors and menards.... And Ikea.
Yep. Already doin’ it!

This is 100% correct. They have the stupid sign but don't give a shit if you wear on or not.
WWG1WGA NCSWIC! No mask, No jab!
