The people on the left often make statements like that.They put that idea out into the public arena.They then encourage public opinion that the "Government"should have the authority to make vaccination mandatory for public safety.
I've seen this tactic used many times.This time I hope I'm wrong and this is "White Hat"control to completely shut down the idea of "Mass Mandatory Vaccination"
