The expression on David Tennant's face fits the caption perfectly.
he just makes me nauseous. liberal rat
If you want to reduce violence in prisons, you take the violent prisoners out.
WHY DID WE NOT THINK OF THIS BEFORE!?!
And it will work. The prisons will become safer. The streets of California will obviously become a lot less safe but who cares about that.
Keep in mind, this is from the same politicians who promote BLM. And BLM is clearly designed to protect black criminals. I have yet to see BLM spread awareness about a single non life long criminal killed or hurt by the cops or anyone for that matter. And while it's probably not common, it has to happen once in a while where an actually innocent black person gets killed by a cop even if it is by accident. BLM has never promoted those situations. They pass on them. They always look for low life criminals to promote. It can't be an accident.
Society is certainly trending towards more clown world these days. However, this isn't even a new low as it makes perfect sense with what has been going over the last few years, especially with organizations such as BLM. Per the new societal norms:
The criminals are the heroes.
The law abiding citizens are the monsters for ... reasons.
The law abiding black citizens have internalized white supremacy. According to the people in charge (and BLM who they support because apparently BLM shares their views), they need to go out and commit crimes to rid themselves of it. If not crimes, the at least need to avoid being on time or working hard since according to them, that's whiteness (being on time, working hard, etc.). Below is a link detailing just one list they created of what they think is 'whiteness'. If you type a few of these key words into a search engine and see how many results along the same theme you get. The link below is an article that points to just one example of it:

What you have just described is not Clown World, it's subverted Satanic upside down-y realm. It's intentional.
Nothing but the reveal of Floyd being alive will break the programming. Nothing.
No, it doesn't seem to have reached peak yet. Every day too many new examples of clowns. I pray everyday for the crazy to stop.
I used to visit Laguna Beach in CA and every week or so the City of Laguna Beach would "unofficially" round up their homeless and indigent, put them on a bus, give them $20 bucks, and drop them off in Los Angeles.
I would not put it past Gavin Newsom to provide his newly released felons a bus ride right out of CA. Wonder where he might send his minio...oh I mean felons?
Beware!!!

lol. These criminals end up back in jail. However, they are put into county jail, which are overcrowded. The logic of democrats.
Much like excusing and almost glamorizing BLM and ANTIFAS destructive terrorism .. the criminals support and carry out there dirty work.. create the ugliness and distractions !!

H?NK H?NK‼️‼️‼️
I've discovered that the true beauty of CL?WN W?RLD is there is no peak. It just goes up into the sky to infinity. Its like a bottomless pit of stupid but its upside down.
lol good. I hope they face the consequences. If you still live there after all the shit that has happened I have no sympathy. I understand some peoples livelihoods are in the mix, but I choose freedom over inflated cash that could very well be worthless in the times to come.
Granted I don't have much room to talk living in Michigan. Luckily my area is red, red, red. The area I work in is even more red lol
Hitler playbook. He did exactly the same thing. Oh, and he disbanded the police and confiscated the people's guns, too.
There is a better solution to make them safer, but it's unconventional.
That headline wasn't finished. What I read was... effort to create safe prisons by making streets dangerous
They already have.
"Something something underserved sentences, something something small crimes."
