Yesterday I was listening to sermons from Charles Spurgeon while I worked. I was amazed at how a sermon from 200 years ago was still so powerful today. Almost like it was written today.
Our God is a truly Amazing God. All glory to him!

In the "Epic of Gilgamesh", ...a few thousand years older than the bible, Gilgamesh saves his people by constructing underground fortresses. Long thought a fable. Recently several have been discovered. Saved from what? The return of The Sun and the wrath/ fire and brimstones, and at times biblical flooding. (yes, water is a solar ejecta) Turns out this star, like many/most, is a transformer...energy to matter... and periodically (like clock work) sheds its outer dense material. It's called a "Micro-Nova". The "Secret of Secrets" is the knowledge of the timing as all surface dwellers are extinguished. Nothing can stop what is coming but those in the know with the financial resources can go underground.

I never understood the bible until this past year. Even as a teen, I thought I was a follower of Jesus Christ, but didn't really get it. It's so interesting how I finally get it, just over the past few months.

I actually burried a few of those maintenence buildings for norad. there is a heavy duty underground facility that was recently auctioned off 20-30 miles from me.
I learned about the control center when a fire broke out o that plot of land.
